Remixes are very hard to clear because you need to get permission from the rights holders
You need to get permission from the rights holders of the master rights for the use of the recording and the rights holders of the composition for the editing of the original composition. If you have any concerns that you may not have rights to any audio in a remix, mix tape, or mashup you're uploading, please do not upload the song(s) to Music Gateway. Please note - A remix is not the same as a cover song.
