Music Gateway does not take ownership of your copyright.

You retain:

• 100% of your master rights
• 100% of your publishing rights

We operate as a service provider, not a rights owner.

If you choose to use additional services such as publishing administration or sync representation, you are granting us permission to represent and collect on your behalf. This allows us to register works, pitch for opportunities and collect royalties where applicable.

However:

• You still own your music
• You still own your publishing
• We do not acquire your copyright

Those services give us the right to administer or represent your catalogue under agreed terms, but ownership always remains with you.
