What should I do if I encounter technical issues?
Step One
You will need to submit a screen recording of the issue. Follow these steps to ensure your recording is submitted:
• Use the screen recording link: https://app.musicgateway.com/dashboard?record=true.
• Replicate the issue during the recording session.
• Log out and close the browser tab to finalise and submission.
Step Two
Once you've completed your screen recording, you will need to raise a ticket with our technical department.

Our technical department aims to respond to you within 48 hours, although this can take longer depending on peak times and seasonal holidays. Please refrain from submitting multiple times for the same issue as this will delay our response to you.
