# How Long Does It Take for My Song to Be Reviewed?

## Our review process typically takes around 10 days, but it can take up to 21 days depending on the volume of submissions or other factors.

We recommend allowing sufficient time for the review process, any required changes and subsequent delivery and processing by the relevant platforms. For planned releases, we recommend uploading your music at least **3-4 weeks before your release date** to allow sufficient time for the full delivery process.

If your submission has been under review for more than 21 days, please contact us at **distribution@musicgateway.com** for an update.

Please note that this timeline applies to singles; albums generally take longer to review.
