How to Opt Out of Automatic Renewal

How to turn off automatic renewal for your Music Gateway subscription before your next billing date.

If you would like to stop your subscription from renewing automatically, you must email:

support@musicgateway.com

Your request must be received before your renewal date.

If your renewal has already been processed:

  • The billing period is active

  • Renewal payments cannot be reversed

Cancelling after renewal will stop future renewals but will not refund the current term.
