What Happens If I Cancel My Account?

Information on what happens when you cancel your Music Gateway subscription, including access to your dashboard, distributed releases and royalty withdrawals.

If you choose to cancel your subscription:

• Your dashboard access will be removed at the end of your billing period.
• Existing distributed releases may remain live depending on your distribution terms.
• You will no longer be able to upload new releases.

If you plan to cancel, we recommend ensuring:

• All royalty withdrawals have been requested
• Any active campaigns have concluded
