Content ID is an automated, scalable system that allows copyright owners to identify content that contains music they own.
With our digital distribution service, if you’re on the Pro or Unlimited plan, you have the option to enable Content ID for your release on YouTube and SoundCloud.
To opt in, go to the ‘Add-ons’ section when entering your song details, and you’ll see the following:
Simply tick the box to opt in.
Please note - If you plan to upload your own content to YouTube and SoundCloud for your release, which will be distributed by us, we recommend that you do not opt in.
