When Will I Receive My Payment?
Learn what happens after a withdrawal request is approved.
Once your withdrawal request has been approved, payment will be processed by the Music Gateway team.
When payment has been sent:
- Your withdrawal status will update to Paid
- You will receive a payment confirmation
Payment arrival times may vary depending on your bank and location.
If your request has been marked as Paid and you have not received funds after a reasonable period, please contact support@musicgateway.com.
