Automatic Renewal Explained

Learn how Music Gateway subscriptions renew automatically, how billing frequency works, and how to opt out before your renewal date.

Why did my plan renew automatically?

All Music Gateway subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.

When you create an account and complete checkout, you agree to:

  • Automatic renewal

  • The billing frequency selected

  • The price shown at the time of purchase

Before payment is processed, your selected plan, billing cycle and renewal structure are clearly displayed and must be confirmed.


How often will I be billed?

Your billing frequency depends on the plan selected at checkout (for example, monthly or annual).

You can view your renewal date at any time in your account settings.


Can I turn off auto-renewal?

Yes.

To opt out of automatic renewal, you must email:

support@musicgateway.com

Your request must be received before your renewal date.

If a renewal has already processed, the billing period is active and non-refundable.

Cancelling after renewal will stop future renewals but will not reverse the current billing cycle.
