Why your Music Gateway plan renews automatically, how auto-renewal works, and how to opt out before your next billing date.

Why did my plan renew automatically?

All Music Gateway subscriptions renew automatically.

This is agreed to during account creation and checkout as part of our Terms and Conditions.

Before payment is processed:

  • The selected plan is shown

  • The billing frequency is shown

  • Renewal terms are disclosed

  • You confirm agreement before completing payment

Can I turn off auto-renewal?

Yes.

To opt out of automatic renewal, you must email:

support@musicgateway.com

This must be done before your renewal date.

If the renewal has already processed, the billing period is active and non-refundable.
