How Do I Update My Email Address?

To update the email address associated with your Music Gateway account, you must contact support.

Please email:

support@musicgateway.com

You must contact us from the email address currently linked to your account.

If you no longer have access to that email address, please explain this in your message and provide:

• Your full name

• The current email address on the account (if known)

• Any recent invoice reference or billing date

For security reasons, we may request additional verification before updating your account details.

Email address changes cannot be processed through account settings.
