# Can you represent my track for sync if I don’t control 100% of the rights?

## Yes!

We can represent part rights for sync, however, you must declare all third parties when submitting to the catalogue. Ideally, all parties will be aware that you have made your share of the rights available for licensing so that any potential barriers are avoided.
