We are no longer offering the Free Account Type to customers...

Our current model has changed and from the 31st of January 2025 we will no longer be offering the free plan as an option for subscriptions.

Why is are we no longer offering a free plan?

Our goal has always been to empower independent artists and industry professionals by providing the best tools, opportunities, and support to help you succeed. Whilst we've worked hard to offer a free plan as part of this mission, the evolving landscape of the music industry has made it unsustainable for us to continue providing the same level of service at no cost.

Since launching in 2013, we've expanded significantly, introducing in-house music supervision, becoming a preferred partner of Spotify, and continuously enhancing our platform to maximize your opportunities. To maintain and improve the high-quality services we offer, we’re streamlining our plans to ensure we can continue delivering real value to our members.

This change allows us to invest more into the platform, ensuring you have access to premium features, faster support, and greater earning potential from your music.

What will happen to my purchased coins?

If you're on the free plan and have unused purchased coins, please contact us via our Luna Chatbot in the platform and request to speak with an agent. They will arrange for your coins to be credited towards your billing on the new plan.

Please note that this applies only to purchased coins and does not include any free allocations.
