Cancelling Your Plan & Account

Learn how to cancel your Music Gateway plan, what happens to your account, and what it means for your distributed music and active services.

How do I cancel my plan?

Music Gateway does not offer a free plan. If you cancel your plan, your account will also be deleted at the end of your billing period.

To cancel:

  1. Log in to your account

  2. Go to your billing or plan section

  3. Select cancel and follow the steps

Your plan remains active until the end of your current billing term. You will not be charged again after that.

What happens when I cancel?

Because we do not operate a free tier:

  • Your account will be deleted

  • Access to all products and services will end

  • Active campaigns and tools will stop

What happens to my music?

If you have music distributed through Music Gateway, you will be given the option to:

  • Continue distribution without interruption, or

  • Proceed with a full takedown from stores and platforms

If you choose a full account deletion and takedown, your music will be removed from all platforms and products.

Please make this decision carefully before confirming cancellation.
