How Can I Delete My Account?

Customers can delete their account or cancel their subscriptions via your settings.

Q: What’s the process for deleting my Music Gateway account?

A: You can delete your account via the Settings page.

Steps to delete your account:

1. Log into your account and go to Settings.

2. Click billing and select 'delete account'.

What happens when I delete my account?

If you decide to delete your Music Gateway account, please be aware that this action is irreversible and in doing so, you understand the following:

  • All songs and song data from your account will be removed permanently.
  • You will no longer be able to claim royalties or forfeit any outstanding payments.
  • Any songs released through our distribution will be taken down.
