How can I take down my release from stores?

Simply log into your Music Gateway account & head to the distribution section. Click the dropdown menu next to the release you’d like to remove and click 'Remove from...' which will open this window:

You'll need to ensure to click the pink toggle button so it shows Will be taken down and finally, click Apply these changes:

If you need to remove your release from a platform, please submit your takedown request as early as possible. Takedowns need to be processed and ingested by the relevant platform before they take effect, and processing times can vary, sometimes up to 3 weeks. For Spotify, takedowns must be fully delivered at least 2 business days before the expected live date. 

Please note - Takedowns are considered permanent and cannot be reversed.
