# How Do I Unsubscribe from Emails?

## How to manage or unsubscribe from Music Gateway account emails, sync briefs and marketing communications.

#### **Account & Platform Emails**

For account-related emails, including:

- Sync briefs
- Platform notifications
- Product updates

You can manage your email preferences within your account settings.

Log in to your account and update your notification preferences at any time.

Please note: Important service-related emails regarding billing, account activity or legal matters cannot be unsubscribed from.

#### **Marketing Emails**

For marketing communications, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the footer of the email.

Changes may take a short time to process.
