How to manage or unsubscribe from Music Gateway account emails, sync briefs and marketing communications.

Account & Platform Emails

For account-related emails, including:

  • Sync briefs

  • Platform notifications

  • Product updates

You can manage your email preferences within your account settings.

Log in to your account and update your notification preferences at any time.

Please note: Important service-related emails regarding billing, account activity or legal matters cannot be unsubscribed from.

Marketing Emails

For marketing communications, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link in the footer of the email.
