How Do I Withdraw My Royalties?

Learn how to request payment from a royalty statement.

Once you have received a royalty statement and your unpaid balance exceeds the £25 withdrawal threshold, you can request payment directly through your Music Gateway account.

To request a withdrawal:

  1. Log in to Music Gateway
  2. Go to Release > Royalties
  3. Click Withdraw
  4. Enter the Statement ID shown on your royalty statement
  5. Complete the payment details form
  6. Submit your request

Each withdrawal request is linked to a specific royalty statement.

You can track the status of your request from the Royalties section of your account.
