I can't access my account?

I can't access my account, who do I contact for help?

If you are unable to access your account and therefore unable to reach out to our support team using the chatbot, please email accounts@musicgateway.com with your full name and email address associated with the account and a member of the team will help you regain access. 

The accounts team is not a support mailbox, they are only able to help with access related enquiries. Therefore, once you have regained access, customers are asked to then use the chatbot for any further help or enquiries. 

Royalties cannot be managed by our accounts@ mailbox. If your enquiry is royalty related, you will need to reach out to our support team via the chatbot. 

I've been charged, or had an attempted charge on my card, but can't access my account? 

Refund requests cannot be managed by the account's mailbox. Customers who are seeking refunds will need to visit our 'Refunds' FAQ for further instructions. https://help.musicgateway.com/refunds

Customers who are unable to access their account will need to email accounts@musicgateway.com to let us know. Our accounts team will then investigate and help you with your enquiry.
