Troubleshooting login issues and social sign-in problems.

  • Ensure you are using the correct email

  • Try resetting your password

  • Check whether you signed up using Google, Spotify or Facebook

If you registered using a social login, you must use the same method to sign in.

If you are still unable to access your account, contact support with your registered email address.
