Due to the vast number of releases we process every day, your release won’t be automatically removed from stores.
If you would like any releases removed from stores, please request a takedown in your Music Gateway account.
Copyright Infringements
Once we have been notified of a copyright infringement, we will pass on all details to the concerning parties to resolve along with next steps. Failure to resolve the claim with other parties or a lack of response within 48 hours will result in your song being taken down from all stores.
In some cases, we cannot control takedowns made by the platforms themselves.
