What Withdrawal Statuses Can I See?

Understand the different withdrawal request statuses.

After submitting a withdrawal request, one of the following statuses will appear in your account:

Submitted

Your withdrawal request has been received and is awaiting review by the Music Gateway team.

Under Review

Your request is being investigated before payment can be processed.

This may happen for a variety of reasons, including account verification checks, duplicate submissions or other payment reviews.

Paid

Your withdrawal request has been approved and payment has been processed.

You will also receive a confirmation once payment has been made.

Rejected

Your withdrawal request will not be paid.

This may occur if:

  • The request has already been paid
  • The request is a duplicate submission
  • The request does not meet payment requirements
  • Further verification could not be completed
