Why was my submission not accepted?

We take pride in reviewing every track submitted to our library, ensuring your music has the best possible chance in securing a sync deal...

There are many reasons your submission may not be accepted into the catalogue. You will receive a notification and a reason so simply fix the issue and resubmit. Some common reasons for tracks not being accepted are;

'Production not suitable for sync' - The quality of the production, whether it be vocals, instruments, mixing, or recording quality, is not at standard our clients can use.

'Submission is marked as a cover' - publishing details are incorrect' - When submitting a cover song, it's important that you provide details of the original publishers as best as possible. Your track will not be accepted if you put yourself as controlling the publishing.

'Audio Error: File could not be played' - The uploaded file was unplayable - try re-uploading or changing the file type to WAV, FLAC, or AIFF.

'Submission is a cover' - please ensure you have ticked the relevant check boxes' - Your submission is a cover song but has not marked as a cover in the upload process. You can edit the song information and tick the 'Cover' box in the Discovery section.

'Copyright Infringement' - It's believed that you do not control any rights or have upload an unauthorised recording so cannot be represented for sync.

'Submission is already in the catalogue' - A separate upload of the track has been approved into the catalogue before and duplicates aren't necessary. If it is a new version, make sure to title it appropriately.
